My company has a strict signature policy. With the recent upgrade from 4.6.7a to 6.0.3, it is much easier for users to edit their signature block. Does anyone have any ideas as to how we can limit a user's ability to edit the signature text? It was a little easier in r4 because we inserted signatures by importing text from a txt file via an action and it wasn't readily obvious where this file was located. I'd like to use the built in signature functionality in the 6 mail template.
